Best Practice for Analysts and Developers – Workshops

Best Practice for Analysts and Developers – Workshops

Overview of seminars

We can help you to ensure your analysts and developers:

  • work in the most productive, effective and efficient way
  • produce correct and consistent results
  • have satisfied customers

Knoware consultants have been working with analysts and developers in large organisations for over 20 years – (government departments, banks, insurance, telecoms and other industries).

We have seen what works well, and more importantly common approaches that don’t work well. In addition, Knoware consultants regularly attend international conferences and undertake on-going research to ensure our Best Practice knowledge is current.

Workshops:

We provide two different workshop sessions, which are designed as a series – or can be taken individually. We recommend these are run at different times, as running them both on the same day can be too intense, and result in less effective uptake of information. The workshops are:

  • Best Practice for Analysts or Developers – Non-technical session
  • Best Practice for Analysts or Developers – Technical session, SAS specific

Feedback on these sessions about our presenter and the content has been very positive

“Easy to listen to. Very capable with a wide knowledge base.”
“Very engaging – very interesting presentation.”
“Fast-paced, kept people engaged.”   “Felt encouraged to talk up in sessions.”
“A great start-off point for conversation about process improvements, documentation, gaps etc. Very helpful in re-focusing and helping to step back a bit and take a look at how you work”
