Terms and Conditions for Seminar bookings

Payment terms
Individuals on public seminars: all applicable seminar fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the seminar to secure placement and admission to the seminar.

Business customers attending public seminars

A Purchase Order number or an authorised name is required to secure a place on a seminar.

An invoice will be generated for seminar attendance.

Please make payment to Knoware’s bank account as shown on the invoice.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be emailed to accounts@knoware.co.nz

The following fees will apply when attendees cancel their booked place on a seminar:

If notification of Cancellation is received:

More than 10 working days prior to the seminar date – Full refund

Between 5 and 10 working days prior to the seminar date –
50% refund

Less than 5 working days prior to, or on the day of the seminar – No refund

Knoware reserves the right to cancel seminars if necessary. Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than five (5) working days’ notice of cancellations.

Knoware will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to seminar cancellation.

Refund policy

Refunds will only be made to the person or organisation that made the original payment. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they book on the correct seminar. There will be no refunds for people booking on the wrong seminar.

Changing your seminar or rebooking

Attendees will be entitled to one (1) complimentary rebooking if the rebooking is made no later than five (5) working days prior to the originally booked seminar running, and subject to space availability on the rebooked seminar.

Any subsequent rebookings may incur a fee.
