SAS Global Forum and Gartner Data and Analytics Summit 2018 feedback session

Colin Harris (Technical Director, Knoware) attended the 2018 event in Denver, Colorado, with over 5,000 attendees from around the world (see below).  Colin presented his key takeaway messages from this event, including the latest news on SAS Viya (the major new SAS release) and other areas

The recent Gartner Data and Analytics Summit in Sydney looked at the latest trends and challenges across analytics and BI, information management and business culture. Gartner presented their research and insights to help create “a culture where data and analytics inform and drive business objectives, operational efficiencies and innovation”.

Simon Brown (Principal Analytics Consultant, Knoware) presented feedback on:
• Engaging decisions makers through data storytelling
• Breaking down data silos in government
